On Halloween for the past 15 years the children from Bell’s Little Learners, which is located across the street from our Mahwah campus, are escorted by the Mahwah Police Department to trick or treat through our 1st floor. This is one of the oldest traditions at HealthSTAR. This tradition is something truly unique to HealthSTAR and it is always a great joy to give back to our community. Over 75 children aged 5-7 years old participated in this year’s Halloween Parade through our office. The smiles and joy we deliver reminds all of us just how special this holiday is.
The Spirit Committee at HealthSTAR also devised an entire week of events centered around Halloween. Each day had a different theme, Monday being “Favorite Sports Jerseys”, Tuesday “Favorite Decade”, Wednesday “Group Themed”. As well as a pumpkin decorating contest that the entire office would be able to vote for the winners. This was an amazing week because so many team members decided to participate, thank you to everyone that dressed up or decorated a pumpkin. And congratulations to the entire spirit committee and everyone involved in helping make this all possible.
